WE HAVE A HASSLE-FREE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1) The return/exchange request must be processed within 5 days of receiving the order.
3) The items must be in the same condition and not be worn or damaged. They must be with tags attached and original packaging.
4) The refund amount will be transferred in your bank account after we have received and inspected the product. It cannot be paid in cash due to policies of logistics companies.
You will be required to fill the 'Request Refund' form to process for Return:
- Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name
- Indicate the reason for the return
- State if you would like a refund or exchange
